Returns

PLEASE NOTE: ALL items in this store are custom made. If you order something and you decide that you don't want it, it can not be returned to inventory'. There is no inventory. We can not do exchanges. Unfortunately, the only returns that are available are items that were damaged in shipping, or have some kind of major flaw. You would then return the item to the address on the packing slip:

Damaged items must be returned within 30 days of the order.: 19749 Dearborn St., Chatsworth, CA 91311 (Include a copy of the packing slip)

Undamaged Items: This is a print on demand ordering system. If a mistake is made on an order by the customer, or the custom does not want the item, the store has to pay for that item. The customer would then have to return the undamaged item to Roxanne (contact her for that address) we can issue a refund, and the customer can reorder the correct item. Please notify Roxanne at roxcap@gmail.com and we will make every effort to get you what you want.
